TNA Xplosion: Air Date 24th September 2014

Xplosion has won me back.

How?

By reuniting Rockstar Spud and Jeremy Borash.

To be honest, I think I prefer them to Taz and Mike Tenay.

Yes, I'm serious.

As for the Xplosion Xclusive they were commenting on, it was fun.

Magnus is always welcome.

And I love seeing the Menagerie on Xplosion. They fit in better with the more family friendly atmosphere that Xplosion has nowadays.

Although I have to ask: how much can the Freak see through that mask? It looks pretty opaque.

Oh, and where was Bram?

I know he and Magnus aren't attached at the hip, but the Freak had Rebel, Knux and Crazzy Steve.

You'd think Bram would take any excuse to come out and do the bug-eyed stare at somebody.

Shifting gears, the Match of the Week was great.

Carrying on from the tag team hoedowns of recent weeks, we got an awesome three-way tag team championship bout.

Bad Influence versus Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez versus Kurt Angle and AJ Styles.

And yes, I know they weren't technically Bad Influence at that point. It's easier to type.

This match had some mind-blowing spots.

Christopher Daniels freaking out at a two-count is one of the funniest things you can see.

And I wish I'd seen more of Chavo and Hernandez teaming up. They were good.

You know, I would be utterly satisfied with this as the new status quo for Xplosion.

It's good, light-hearted family entertainment. What more could you ask for in a B -show?
